Veeva Vault Inspector is a browser extension designed to help Veeva Vault administrators and developers with data export, import, and inspection operations. This document outlines our privacy practices and terms of service.

We believe in 100% privacy. Your data stays on YOUR device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your information on external servers.

2 Data Collection & Storage

No External Data Collection: Veeva Vault Inspector does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, browsing history, or user data to any external servers. All operations performed by the extension happen locally on your device.

No Third-Party Sharing: Since we do not collect any data externally, we do not (and cannot) sell or share your data with third parties.

What We Store Locally

3 Data Security

All data is stored locally using Chrome's storage API
Passwords are encrypted before storage
Data only leaves your device when communicating with your Veeva Vault instance

4 Permissions Used

`cookies`	Capture active Vault session from browser cookies for seamless authentication
`Host permissions`	Communicate with Veeva Vault APIs (.veevavault.com, .veevavault.cn, .vaultdev.com, .vaultpvm.com)

5 Data Retention

All data remains on your device until you manually delete it
Uninstalling the extension removes all stored data
You can clear all saved data at any time

6 Third-Party Services

This extension connects only to:

Veeva Vault APIs - Your vault instance for data operations
Tally.so - Only when you voluntarily submit feedback

7 Your Rights

Access all data stored by the extension (via Chrome DevTools)
Delete all stored data at any time
Uninstall the extension to remove all data

This extension is designed for business use and is not intended for children under 13.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All source code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, logos, icons, and visual designs of Veeva Vault Inspector are the exclusive property of Villageminds Private Limited.

License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this extension for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the code without our express written permission.
